Assumption of Risk & Liability Acknowledgement

I understand that participation in exercise and the use of gym equipment involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, permanent disability, or, in rare cases, death.

By using Dunes Fitness and its facilities, I acknowledge that I am choosing to train entirely at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for my health, safety, and wellbeing while on the premises.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Dunes Fitness Ltd, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm sustained as a result of my use of the gym or its equipment, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from negligence resulting in death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in exercise, will use the equipment safely and as intended, and will stop exercising and seek appropriate advice if I feel unwell or experience pain.
